The Alderbrook Lifestyle

While sipping your morning coffee, you hear the muted cry of an eagle flying overhead. A breeze is gently whispering through the trees. That unmistakable “thwack!” of a pure iron shot soaring across the fairway. These are the sights and sounds of Alderbrook, a vibrant modern living community surrounded by the natural splendor of the Olympic Peninsula.

As a homeowner, you’ll have leisure at your feet and adventure at your fingertips. Conquer all 100 acres of the Alderbrook Golf Club, or hit the sport courts for a game of tennis, bocce, or basketball. Take a stroll along wooded trails meandering through the property en route to the community garden, picnic area, and playground. Feeling more adventurous? Numerous  Hood Canal activities are just a short trip away.

Alderbrook Golf Course
Our homes are built on and off the golf course throughout the Alderbrook Golf Club. This hidden gem of a golf course boasts magnificent views and challenges for golfers, including a double-dogleg 8th hole. There are approximately 100 acres of professionally-maintained golf course and common areas in the community.

A special Home Owners Association (HOA) membership provides unlimited golf for owners.
